We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our talented team of Business Partners supporting a business involved in Investments and Professional Services.

Job Purpose:

To lead or support on various Learning and Development initiatives, which include management development programmes, corporate inductions, appraisal processes and colleague engagement surveys. Working with key stakeholders within HR and the wider business teams to successfully plan, lead and implement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead management development initiatives, continuously reviewing to ensure they are appropriate, fit for purpose and meet the business needs.
  • Develop and update training materials.
  • Design and deliver learning solutions via multiple platforms; classroom, live online, recorded learning, webinars and videos.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers to help design and deliver initiatives, managing within agreed budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels across and in particular with senior management.
  • Proven L&D experience, preferably working in an FCA regulated and/or a Professional Services environment.
  • Ability to engage with staheholders and challenge when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with experience of creating and supporting communication plans
  • Adaptable attitude and happy to deliver training when needed.
  • CIPD qualification desirable, but not essential
