Are you a bit of an HR guru? By that I mean, do you understand payroll, benefits, HR policies, contracts and basically all things that make an effective HR operations team tick?

If so, then our friendly bunch in Bracknell are keen to hear from you and find out more about you!

Working in a team environment your role supports queries that come in thick and fast from candidates and colleagues. Name it and Iā€™d hazard a guess they have been asked it! Working from a shared inbox, the HR Operations team work cohesively to ensure a seamless service for all.

Here is what a typical day will look like:

  • Payroll queries, shocker! As roughly 60% of your role will be this, the team want to harness your experience of managing a busy payroll ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Benefits queries ā€“ you could well be answering the same queries on a regular basis so what templates do you use to ensure efficiency increases?
  • New starter and candidate queries ā€“ working with the Careers team to ensure from the start, candidates are engaged with the Tilney brand.
  • Employee questions ā€“ with the experience you currently you have, you are all too aware of how varied they can be: pensions, promotions, changes in working hours/salaries/contracts.

You enjoy using your exceptional communication skills and are happy picking up the phone or (shock, horror!) speaking with people in person if opportunity allows! For candidates you will be a constant from the moment they accept a role to when they might leave, which does occasionally happen!

You are an admin whizz who loves working to deadlines and delivering work of a high standard consistently.

Ideally you have a CIPD qualification or are part qualified.

Whilst this role is currently a six month fixed term contract, there is a chance it might extend or convert to a permanent role.
