The team are pretty opening minded as to where you have gained your experience, however they are keen to work with someone outgoing and bubbly who would love the opportunity to work within financial services. You understand what working under pressure is like (!) but want to do this in a culture that fosters team work. If you are snowed under, your team will pitch in and naturally expect the same from you.

Duties will include:

  • Answering all calls, handling queries or passing on if needed
  • Proactively managing diaries to schedule client meetings, this will also include collating meeting packs for Financial Advisors and Paraplanners
  • Meet and greet guests ensuring they receive a 5* service at all times
  • Producing client valuations as and when required as well as ad hoc administration duties that supports the team overall
  • Loading information onto our database (which will include copying and scanning!) so accuracy and speed is essential

 

You know your way around Microsoft Office and would be encouraged to show your initiative and propose ideas for improvement as well as use your judgement to problem solve.
